Born and raised in the Atlanta, Georgia area, Quiana Brown is the visionary owner of PMP Event Studio, a premier event venue she proudly opened in August 2021. With over 15 years of experience in the party and event industry, beginning in 2011, Quiana has built a reputation for transforming ideas into unforgettable celebrations through creativity, attention to detail, and exceptional client experiences.
As both the owner and Creative Director, Quiana creates custom digital event mock-ups that allow clients to see their celebration before the first decoration is placed, ensuring every detail aligns with their dream.
Quiana also leads the studio's custom design division, overseeing the creation of personalized event elements including party favors, menus, backdrops, and other unique details that make every celebration one of a kind. Her passion for personalization and eye for design have helped countless families, businesses, and organizations celebrate life's most meaningful moments with style and confidence.

Arnice Mercer is the founder of Waymaker Events and Designs and proud United States Army Veteran. Waymaker Events and Designs was built on the principles of discipline, integrity, precision, and excellence.
With more than a decade of experience in luxury event planning, project management, and production, Arnice has become a trusted strategist for corporations, nonprofit organizations, top tier entrepreneurs, families, and community leaders seeking unforgettable experiences that leave lasting impressions.
Her journey has taken her around the world, giving her a unique perspective on culture, hospitality, logistics, and world-class event execution. Those experiences continue to inspire every celebration, conference, gala, meeting, and milestone event she creates.

From intimate micro weddings to luxury affairs, she brings creativity, professionalism, and meticulous attention to every detail.

Moira Pratt is the visionary force and Creative Director behind Designed to Dazzle Events, Inc., a full-service event planning and design company renowned for curating unforgettable luxury experiences.
From upscale events and high-end parties to impactful corporate affairs, Moira leads with creativity, precision, and a heart for excellence. Under her leadership, the company has become a go-to brand for clients seeking breathtaking ambiance, flawless coordination, and custom design elements that DAZZLE. Moira obtained her Bachelor's in Business Administration from Georgia State University and later earned her Event Planning Certificate from Emory University in 2015. As a Certified Master Draper from The Posh Academy under the esteemed Draping Queen, Precious Stephens, Moira brings unmatched sophistication to event decor, specializing in statement backdrops and elegant transformations. After training with VH1's celebrity event planner, Tori Williams and being mentored by Coach Kim Perrrymond, Moira expanded to designing luxury events and parties. She was recently awarded the 2026 WOW Factor Award for Event Design and Creativity.
