This space offers over 1900 square feet of open floor plan to let your imagination run wild. The studio can hold up to 80 people seated.
After you take a physical or virtual tour, you may contact us to start your booking.
Events can be booked 2 days to 12 months in advance. Events booked 30 days or less must pay the full event price the same day.
We require a 30% non-refundable booking retainer fee, that is due at booking. This amount will be taken from the balance.
If the event is canceled for any reason, you forfeit your 30% retainer. No refunds will be given on events canceled 1 to 29 days prior to event after its paid in full.
We will make every accommodation to reschedule requests as availability permits.
30% is due at booking, another 30% is due 50 days before your event, then the final 40% is due 30 day before your event. The full payment is needed 30 days before your event date.
Yes! You are able to bring your own food and beverages. Alcoholic beverages are only allowed with a license bartender. NO SELLING OF ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES.
Yes, the studio has a kitchenette area with refrigerator and warmer.
Yes, we have 10 round tables, 9 rectangle tables, and 80 Chiavari chairs
We would love to bring your event to life with our decorated expertise, but you can bring in your own event planner or decorator if you have one.
No nails, tape, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls, ceiling or floors. Glitter, graffiti, paint, silly string or confetti is not allowed on site. NO OPEN FLAMES or Candles.
Yes, we have our own sound system speaker with Bluetooth capability, that eliminates the need for a DJ.
No, the time you book must include setup or decorating time prior to your event. Don't forget to add cleaning time to your plans as well.
