The Ultimate Luxury Baby Shower Raffle

Terms & Conditions

1. Raffle Entry Fee:
   Each raffle entry costs $25 USD. Participants may purchase multiple entries to increase their chances of winning.

2. Eligibility:
   Open to U.S. residents aged 18 years or older. The winner must be expecting a baby (or entering on behalf of someone who is).

3. Entry Deadline:
   All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST on June 28, 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.

4. Winner Announcement:
   The raffle winner will be randomly selected and announced on June 29, 2025 via email and social media. The winner will also be contacted directly.

5. Prize Details:
   The winner will receive a Luxury Baby Shower Experience hosted at PMP Event Studio on July 19, 2025. Prize includes:

• 4-hour event space rental

• Luxury décor (based on the "Baby in Bloom" or "Adventure Begins" theme)

• Contributions from vendor sponsors (e.g., dessert table, photography, balloons, favors)

6. Non-Transferable:
   The raffle prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. The winner must be able to attend the event on the set date (July 19, 2025). No substitutions will be made.

7. No Refunds:
   All raffle ticket purchases are non-refundable, even if you are not selected.

8. Event Location:
   The baby shower will be held at PMP Event Studio, [insert address if needed].

9. Media Release:
   By entering, participants agree to allow PMP Event Studio to use photos/videos of the winner and the event for promotional purposes.

10. Void Where Prohibited:
    This raffle is void where prohibited by law.
