At PMP Crafters and PMP Events, we are committed to providing high-quality products, services, and resources. Due to the nature of our offerings, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Custom Party Favors

All custom orders are made-to-order and personalized for each customer. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom party favors once your order has been submitted and confirmed.

If there is an error on our part (misspelling, incorrect design from what was approved), we will gladly correct the issue. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and a description of the problem.

Digital Templates & Downloads

All digital templates, files, and downloads are non-refundable. Once your file has been emailed or downloaded, all sales are considered final.

Please ensure you read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience any technical issues with your file, please contact us at [email protected] , and we’ll do our best to help.

Workshops, Masterclasses, & Bootcamps

Payments for all classes, webinars, bootcamps, and live trainings are non-refundable. This includes both live and recorded sessions.

If you are unable to attend a live class, replays (if offered) will be made available for a limited time. Transfer of class credit to a future date may be considered on a case-by-case basis if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.
